This comes from "The Prisoner" which is a great show from AMC starring Ian McKellen and Jim Caviezel. The line was delivered by Ian McKellen's character, number 2, to a girl that did some shit for him before having her be whisked away by a thought police-esque law enforcement. It also needs to be said, that Ian McKellen has the most convincing voice on the planet. If he would say evolution isn't real I would take it as a fact.
